Ride the riptide with Australian indie sensation Vance Joy! After spending four stellar nights in Canada, the multi-award-winning singer will take his 2025 North American Tour stateside, accompanied by a fresh guest lineup on over a dozen confirmed dates. The tour marks its midway point on September 17th in Wilmington, North Carolina, where Vance will grab your undivided attention at the Live Oak Bank Pavilion, featuring opening sets from Sammy Rae & The Friends, Jonah Kagen, and Kyle Schuesler.

2024 proved to be a milestone success for the sportsman-turned-songwriter. Vance Joy's first studio album, Dream Your Life Away, celebrated its 10th Anniversary on the road last year, securing sold-out venues across the continent. This summer, the headliner's all-new schedule of shows will bring his music — a thoughtful, intimate, and occasionally melancholy blend of folk-pop melodies — back to the forefront of the mainstream. Vance delivers wildly popular hits like the Diamond-certified "coming-of-age" love song "Riptide" from his debut EP, God Loves You When You're Dancing. His catalog bears no shortage of top-selling tracks, which include Platinum singles such as "Mess Is Mine," "Georgia," "Fire and the Flood," "Lay It on Me," "Saturday Sun," and "Missing Piece," all equally captivating experiences even for the hardiest of critics. Winner of four ARIA Music Awards, including 2015 Best Male Artist, Vance Joy is one tough act to follow, so instead, these three guests will open for him in support. 

Soul and jazz-pop ensemble Sammy Rae & The Friends stands first in line. Their latest album, Something for Everybody, charted a Billboard Top 40 AAA hit with "Thieves" and will give you a rundown of the group's funky, highly eclectic sound. Next is Jonah Kagen. Best known for his viral song "Broken" and follow-ups "The Roads" and "The Reaper," he impresses through some of this decade's silkiest acoustic pop music. Finally, we have Kyle Schuesler, a former contestant on NBC's The Voice who's been turning more than a few heads with his indie folk singles "Villain" and "Easy to Love."
